Actually, the person that wrote the GameSpy article is a friend of
mine.  She didn't include the internal Email herself, it was actually a
site editor that tacked that onto the story.  You can see a letter from

Anyway, I hope our collegues at Origin are weathering the changes well. 
I certainly know how it feels to be shuffled around by management whim.
