Well, I agree with you, but most of those people praying to the Head
Admin fervently believe he/she/it does cut in.

Everything you do in a virtual world has OOC connotations. It's
impossible to escape given that input is flowing in from an OOC
source and output is flowing out to an OOC source. Real, OOC people
are affected by nearly everything you do in one, even if that real,
ooc person is yourself.

That may be the case, but that's just the designs they are
using. It's not a result of anything fundamental about admin
presence.
