It depends how you define "using" an MCS system. The fact that 80%
of accounts spend 75% of their time on a single character doesn't
mean that they're not making use of MCS.

For me (and I suspect many others) MCS isn't about powerlevelling
multiple characters. It's about creating a character to explore
exotic content not available to my main (e.g. racial content, class
content, remote GM events, etc.).

The fact that these are short term engagements is completely in line
with the 25% of remaining playtime per customer.
