Thanks. Although I had discovered these copies of the papers, it was
the links I wanted, not the papers themselves.

I already have printed copies of these papers - I print out
everything I read online about virtual worlds, so I can look at it
should the web site disappear (or mysteriously metamorphose into a
DVD site). I have several thousand papers, articles and rantings
now. When I want to reference one explicitly, though, that means I
need to track down where its current official home is, hence my
question.
