Not sure if I follow you.

Anyway, the group that does not acknowledge "ethics" as something to
be taken into account is so marginal that it hardly is worth
arguing, and that pretty much defines an important aspect of ethics
(i.e. shared across a large population, crossing cultural
boundaries).
