I suppose they might ask that.  Why would you want to answer it?  Even
some of the most basic premises of many Mud games are accepted without
question.  For example they will rarely if ever ask the the
questions...

  "How come my character has many more than 2 hands?"

  "How come I can hold this lantern, this sword, and this shield and
  find this potion in my backpack, unstopper and drink it all while
  fighting this orc?"
