A main issue of the case is minimal wages. One could argue that the=20
job volunteers do is so much part of their ordinary use of the online
service, that this does not count for full time. To defuse any=20
misconceptions, such a contract should also specify how much the user
is being compensated for (ie. administration time counts for atmost=20
x hours of online use pr. week). If the user then put more work into=20
the volunteer work, the company should not be blamed. Of course neither
should the company expect more from the volunteer.=20

Problems;=20
  * The user should then be taxed for any compensations?
  * Unions may claim other rules apply (i have no idea what,=20
       theyre _so_ inventive)
  * Disgruntled volunteers may sue the company, if they feel they are "fi=
red"
       because the company wanted more workhours (than stated in the cont=
arct).
