People like this are harmless though (and I can't see how anyone could be
OOC all the time, unless they don't refer to anything at all ooc, in which
case, there can be no possible discussion between you and them, unless you
are also completely IC, in which case I don't see why it's obnoxious as
you're all doing it). In the end, if they just run around speaking
ridiculous fake old english and waving around swords, they are just
another crazy person, such as one might see in any major city. Kind of
amusing actually.
