This includes more support for multi-lingual (ie spanish, english, klingon...)
play.  (commands.cc has been modified...only about 30 files to go!!).  Let me know
if you are interested in doing some translations (all you need to know is 
english + any other language.)

Fixed the compile bug relating to g++ 2.7.2 (it pukes on templates if you
aren't very careful!)
