Just finished reading Harry Turtledove's _Between the Rivers_, so I
suppose we could pray for a fertility god to give us a generation of
nothing but females, or maybe even two. That might help to entrench the
females in our field :)

BTW: Good book, pick up a copy if you happen to be browsing the
bookshelves.
