With all the wonderful things I read about Open Source Software and
my own desire to grab a bit of the noosphere, I have decided to
release ScryMUD and it's Java client Hegemon under the GNU General
Public Language (GPL). This is the same license that much of Linux
and it's supporting software is licensed under. Basically it says you
can do almost anything you want with the software, but the source to
your changes must always be distributed (free) with any binary copy
you might distribute.

ScryMUD is 65,000 lines of C++ and growing, feel free to hop
on for the ride, and even help push a little!

The source can be found on my homepage, (see .sig) and I hope to
soon have a mailing list set up.

If you want more details, see my page, or ask me...always hated verbose
feature spammage, and I usually forget some anyway!

The latest (untested :) ) software is up on my page now.
