[MUD-Dev] thread splitting

Found it!  "Neighborhood watch has been a decently short thread which
made it easy to follow.  Specifically the message went to the culrpit
with a subject line of:

  "[MUD-DEV] Neighborhood watch"

However his reply came back to the list with a subject of:

  "[MUD-DEV]<TAB>Neighborhood watch"

Methinkums that's the source of the problem.  I've messaged him
directly on this.
