[DGD] 1.2.125 and objectd

The objectd interface is changed in version 1.2.125: the functions
compile() and compile_lib() are called with a source argument which is
not a string, but a possibly empty array of strings.  Care has to be
taken to upgrade running muds.

I mean to make it possible to supply source strings for include files,
as well, but haven't decided upon the details yet; that will be part
of 1.2.126.  This will again change the interface of objectd.

Note that DGD 1.2.125 runs fine with a kernel lib from 1.2.124.  You
may want to delay modifying your own higher-level mudlibs until I
release 1.2.126.
